Short version: monthly plans can be canceled anytime and stop at the end of the month you've paid for. One-time projects can be refunded in full until we start the work.
Canceling a monthly plan
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, at any time.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month, then stops. You won't be charged again.
- There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Months already started are not refunded, because the work for that month is already underway.
One-time projects
- Before work starts: full refund on request.
- After work starts: no refund, but we include revisions so the result matches the agreed brief.
- If we can't deliver what was agreed, we refund you in full.
Ad spend
Advertising spend is paid directly by you to Amazon and is not handled or refunded by Panduno.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
EU consumers
If you are a consumer, you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Terms.
