Terms of Service

1. Who our services are for

Our services are designed for businesses: Amazon sellers, brands, authors and publishers who sell on Amazon. By placing an order you confirm you are buying for business purposes. If you are a consumer, section 9 explains your additional rights.

2. Services

• Monthly management plans (Amazon PPC and KDP 360): ongoing management of your Amazon advertising, as described on the plan you choose.
• One-time projects (Creative Studio): a defined deliverable such as listing optimization, images, A+ Content, a cover or a book upload.

The scope of each plan or project is the one shown on panduno.com at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance on the day you subscribe and then every month on the same date until you cancel.
• One-time projects are paid in full before work starts.
• Advertising spend is not included. It is paid by you directly to Amazon from your own account.
• An invoice is issued for every payment. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.

4. Getting started

After payment we email you within one business day to schedule onboarding. To do the work we need access to your Amazon Seller Central, KDP or Amazon Ads account with the appropriate user permissions, plus any assets and information we ask for. Timelines start once we have this access and information.

5. Results

Amazon advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, reviews, stock, competition and Amazon's own systems. We work to improve your performance, but we do not guarantee specific results such as a target ACOS, sales level or ranking. Any figures, case studies or calculator estimates on our site are examples, not promises.

6. Your responsibilities

• Your products, listings and content must comply with Amazon's policies and the law.
• You are responsible for your ad budget limits and for approving major changes we propose.
• Materials you give us (logos, photos, text) must be yours or licensed to you.

7. Deliverables and ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you (for example images, A+ Content and copy). We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Our internal methods, templates and tools remain ours.

8. Cancellation

Monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Details are in our Refunds & cancellation policy.

9. Consumers in the EU

If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. If you ask us to start work during that period, you agree that you will pay for the part of the service already performed, and you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC).

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for actions taken by Amazon (for example account suspensions or policy changes).

11. Confidentiality

We keep your account data, sales figures and business information confidential and use them only to deliver our services.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have.
